IDP changes 4.43

The following changes have been made for 4.43:

IDP Admin

• A Notes section has been added to IDPs. This allows admins to add and remove notes, to keep relevant information attached to an IDP.
  

  

• A files section has been added to IDPs. This allows admins to upload and view files supporting IDPs. The types of files that can be uploaded can be specified in Institution settings.

  

IDP Tutor

• The navigation controls for the IDP have been moved to the top of the page to make it easier to move through all the sections of the review.

• Completed IDPs can now be shared. Once you've found the learner's IDP you can select share from the action menu. This lets you save the IDP as a document in a variety of different formats.

  

Service Pack 1 Updates

• The exported IDP has been updated to meet the specification set by the Welsh Government.
  The updated fields are as follows

  • Message Tag - now returns as <Message> only

  • Serial Number - now return the sequential number of the IDP being exported

  • Export DateTime - now in the following format: YYYY-MM-DD Thh:mm:ss - with T as a static display to indicate the time

  • Extraction Date - now displays the extraction date only: YYYY-MM-DD

Service Pack 2 Updates

• The exported IDP has been updated to meet the specification set by the Welsh Government.
  The updates are as follows

  • Added xml declaration tag to the export file.

  • Removed excess new lines between tags and nodes.
